General Notary Services

Acting as an impartial witness to signing documents to include court documents, Powers of Attorney, Beneficiary Designation for Retirement accounts, financial and banking documents, trusts, deeds, mortgage documents, loan agreements, closing documents, and much more.

Notary Signing Agent

A loan signing agent is a specially trained notary public who assists the home buyer(s) with the signing of mortgage and real estate loan documents during the closing process.

Miscellaneous Notary Services

To include travel to jails, prisons, airports, nursing homes, hospitals and other locations, as well as assist with witness service and depositions.

PRICING

Travel fees*: $25 within the city limits of Folsom, California.

$50 for the first 20 miles from the city limits of Folsom, plus $1 per mile additionally until the meeting destination.

‍ ‍*A$25 deposit is required to hold the appointment and will be applied to the total service cost.

Notary fees (per signature): $15, plus travel fee

Depositions: $30 + $7 for witnessing an oath, plus travel fee

After-hour fees (past 7:00pm weekdays, 5:00pm weekends): minimum $100 plus travel fee and notary fees

Travel to jails, airports or prisons: $100 plus travel fee and notary fees

Loan signing packages: minimum $150
